Quotes are menu arithmetic, not availability or a reservation. The guest reviews and submits on our website and saves their card through Stripe. The team checks availability; a successful 50% deposit reserves the date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before service. No agent tool charges or refunds.

Public planning accepts no contact details or card information. Guest-approved encrypted drafts and one-reservation delegated access have separate private credentials. Keep credentials out of URLs, logs and analytics. Change/cancellation tools submit requests for team review only.
